I'm having the same problem. The problem is that the MS utility did not or could not do it's job. No matter how many times I try to uninstall it, it can't uninstall. I tried deleting the directory and that only made things worse. Windows Installer is now crashing every time that I try to uninstall it. How do i get this crap off of my computer????
