Thanks for your feedback. The Arabic characters look correct in Toad but when I pull it into Excel, they just come up as questions marks "? Excel gets the data just fine, but it is using the wrong encoding to interpret it, hence the "? Try googling how to set your encoding in Excel to display Arabic characters. Add all the credentials and this will create driver and add it your Data Sources going forward. I have upgraded my system to windows 7 recently. Since the operation system is bit version, the default version of ODBC Data Source Administrator is bit on the control panel and only list bit version of drivers can be listed.
