How to save files on outlook web access

I think the reason why Microsoft does not provide this capability in OWA is because they probably figure that most users have the desktop version of Outlook In that scenario, the user can simply save the attachment to their file system and then upload it into a SharePoint document library. If you can connect to your mailbox via Outlook, then you can export your mailbox to a pst-file. Otherwise, ask your Exchange administrator to make an export of your mailbox on the server before closing your account. Of course, this has to be allowed by your company as well. That depends on your version of Outlook.
