Thank you for the update. The issue description is bit unclear, please help us with more information. What exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to burn the disc?
What is the make and model number of the computer? That is exactly the answer. I discovered that after 4 hours of frustration using up valuable time. You cannot "burn" to a USB drive using isoburn. I'd be happy if someone can contradict me on that. The best thing seems to be to get a third party flash drive burner, which is truly ironic when you're trying to burn a virus checker rescue iso file to USB!!!
Basically Microsoft is forcing you to troll the internet looking for a free tool to burn the virus checker to the USB drive, which of course leaves you open to drive-by infection when you click on that "free burner tool" webpage.
